For athletes
Training that adapts to your week, with a coach in the loop.
Your coach builds the plan. AFitPilot makes it adapt — sRPE-driven load, Hooper-Mackinnon readiness, weekly regeneration from what actually happened. Same plan, same history, same human deciding.
What your training looks like
Adaptive plans, validated instruments, your coach in control.
Adaptive weekly plans
Each week is recomputed from what actually happened — skipped sessions, smashed benchmarks, wrecked sleep. Your coach reviews and adjusts before the week lands in your app.
Load tracking — sRPE to AU
After each session, rate your effort 1-10. The platform converts that into Foster's arbitrary units and shows your weekly load curve. Your coach uses it to decide what's next.
Hooper-Mackinnon daily readiness
Sleep, stress, soreness, fatigue. Scored on a validated 5-item instrument — not an invented score. Used by you and your coach to pilot the next session.
Context the plan remembers
Tell the app you tweaked your knee, or you're traveling for three days. Your coach sees it. The plan adapts. The system remembers it next week.
Plan history that follows you
Change coaches, take a season off, go solo — your full training history stays with you. Context events, load curve, plan versions. Your record, not ours.
Why a coach in the loop
AI can adapt a plan. It can't watch you squat.
We spent a year building this product to remove the coach. A year of generating real athletes' plans taught us the opposite: left alone, the AI defaults to a narrow set of exercises regardless of who you are. A human coach overriding it produces excellent plans fast. AFitPilot is built around that loop — your coach decides, the AI does the grunt work. Same plan, same history, same human deciding.

One real result. No invented quotes.
My gym sessions were boring and unproductive until I started using your app. Since then I look forward each week to see what I am doing — the sessions are focused and well adjusted to what else is going on in my week.
My running has improved enough that I'm contemplating a marathon next year.
Questions athletes ask
How do I start training on AFitPilot?
Through a coach on the platform. Your coach invites you, builds your master plan, and you log sessions from there. We're early — get in touch and we'll connect you with a coach if you don't already have one.
Can I train on AFitPilot without a coach?
Not right now. The platform is built around the coach-athlete loop. We may open a self-coached tier later for athletes who already know the sports-science vocabulary — for now, the right path is a coach.
What sports does AFitPilot support?
Strength, endurance, and hybrid training. The engine treats sessions as a mix of modalities — strength, endurance, mixed — and balances them across the week. Powerlifting, running, cycling, CrossFit-style training, hybrid athletes — all first-class.
What is sRPE and why does AFitPilot use it?
Session-RPE is a 1-10 effort rating you give after a session. Multiplied by duration, it produces a load score in Arbitrary Units — the Foster method, validated across team sports and endurance research. It's the most universal way to compare a strength day to a cardio day on the same axis.
What is Hooper-Mackinnon readiness?
A 5-item daily check-in covering sleep, stress, soreness, fatigue, and mood — a validated instrument used in sports-science research for decades. Takes about 20 seconds. Your coach sees the trend, not just the day.
Can I export my training data?
Yes. Your full history — sessions, RPE, load curve, plan version history, context events — is exportable at any time. Your data follows you, always.
